This seminar made a valuable contribution to the understanding how project management competence and success can be achieved. The influence and management of the behavioural and contextual competences was addressed in numberous contributions and workshop sessions. About 50 experts from 16 countries and various sectors of the economy and university departments as well as different cultural and religious backgrounds discussed the topics and developed solutions based on case studies, research results and theories. Proceedings of the Expert Seminar will be published in summer 2009.
